Medical department team, at coordination level:
International: 3 (1 epidemiologist, 1 laboratory technician coordinator[1], 1 deputy medco[2]).
National: 4 (1 assistant medco[3], 1 supply officer[4], 1 pharmacy storekeeper[5], 1 psychosocial coordinator[6]).
N° of person to manage/supervise un-directly:
Field Projects:
- Maputo HIV project: international: 4 MDs including a medical referent + 1 MD in coaching position every 4 months + 1 nurse + 1 midwife[7]; current field coordinator is a MD as well.
- Lichinga HIV project, Niassa province: international: 1 MD, 1 nurse; the field coordinator is a nurse as well.
Collaboration and support according to the needs:
- CARINEMO project (clinical trial, ending in March 2012): national: 1 MD co-investigator and project manager + 1 data manager
